The American Specialty Health (ASH) offers multiple fitness benefit programs — including Active&Fit for adults 18–64 and Silver&Fit for Medicare-eligible seniors — that provide subsidized gym access through health plans or employers.

Participating gyms (like ours) are approved ASH-contracted fitness centers, meaning eligible members can use their benefit toward membership or training sessions.

For Active&Fit members, the subsidy helps reduce costs for employer-sponsored plans or self-pay members under 65. For Silver&Fit members — typically 65+ on Medicare Advantage — ASH provides access to safe, healthy-aging resources and discounted (or fully subsidized) membership at participating gyms.
